The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through my online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in their commercial or independent professional activity.

With regard to entrepreneurs, these terms and conditions also apply to future business relationships, without our having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby rejected; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly consented to this.

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers. I deliver by mail. You can only collect the goods yourself by prior arrangement.

The delivery is to the delivery address specified by the buyer. The seller is entitled to partial deliveries. The dispatch takes place usually within 4 working days. If events occur that make delivery significantly more difficult for the seller, the delivery period can be extended to a reasonable extent. The risk is transferred to the buyer when the goods are handed over to a transport person. This also applies in the case of partial deliveries.

4. Payment

The customer can make the payment via PayPal or bank transfer (advance payment).

In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. There are plus 0 percent of the purchase price as costs.

Transfer (prepayment)
Please transfer the outstanding amount to the following account, stating the invoice number:

The merchandise remains my property until full payment has been made.

The statutory right to liability for defects applies.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of the UN sales law.

If the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the court responsible for our company headquarters.

Should individual provisions of the contract including these provisions be wholly or partially ineffective, or should the contract contain a loophole, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the ineffective or missing provisions, the respective statutory regulations apply.
